Testimonials

Hello. it i I met with you last week and you generously counseled me on my credit situation. Please forgive my delay in emailing you back. I intended to do it much sooner, but last week proved to be busier than I had expected and I'm just now getting to catch my breath.

For starters, I can't thank you enough for the time that you gave me. After fearing that my credit was in the gutter, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the score wasn't so bad after all. What a blessing! I've realized that much of my ignorance of my own financial matters comes from negative assumptions that I've made without even checking to see what's really there. That's pretty stupid of me, but our visit really relieved some ongoing anxiety that I've carried related to my credit score. The other gift you gave me was the encouragement to go back to school in order to increase my earning potential (and my happiness!). I've been so afraid of short-term debt that I've spent very little time considering the long-term gain that would be realized by having an additional degree. Thank you for demonstrating that with your compound interest calculator!

What We Do

At HPM Financial, we consult with people who have credit, debt, and financial issues, and work as consultants to help them achieve their goals.

Why You Need a Higher Credit Score

Your credit score is the most important three-digit number in your life. As the chart above shows, raising your credit score can lead to savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars over the life of a mortgage. In addition, a higher credit score can help you with credit card rates, auto loans, and help you get that job you wanted.

How We Raise Credit Scores

At HPM Financial, we raise your credit score by working with the major credit bureaus and your creditors to remove negative items from your credit report. On average, we are able to remove 70 percent of negative items from your credit report thereby increasing your score. Since we work on a case-by-case basis, please call us for our lowest custom quote.

How To Get Started

1. Sign Up For Your Free Consultation

Call us and speak to a member of our staff about what your situation is, and what we can do to help you. Since each situation is unique, we will devise an action plan for you, based strictly on your own unique situation. This call is free and you will receive invaluable information. You will be able to ask any questions you may have, and we will do our best to give you an estimate as far as what will need to be done on your account. We will make sure to setup your goals, and document these goals.

2. Complete Our Retainer Packet and provide the necessary documents.

Once you have decided to move forward the next step is to complete our retainer packet so we can start working on your credit file. You will then receive login information to access your account anytime online to view the progress we have made. In addition to this retainer packet, we will require proof of address and your social security number. We will also need a copy of your credit report, we recommend you get a copy of your three bureau report at www.truecredit.com. If you are a victim of identity theft, we will have you fill out an affidavit which will need to be notarized.

3. Send In Your Updates you receive.

If the reason your credit needs to be improved is due to inaccurate, unverifiable, and or obsolete items, letters will be drafted to Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax. Depending on the situation, we might also send letters to your creditors, as well as collection agencies. If letters are sent to the credit bureaus, they  will send you responses every 30-50 days, mail us those updates and we will then review them, and respond back to them with the appropriate response. We do not send out letters for items that you are 100% confident are correct

4. Watch For Your Improvements

When inaccurate, unverifiable, and obsolete items are removed from your credit reports, your score will naturally improve. If our plan involves paying down debts or settling accounts, this will also improve your score. Each action we take is custom tailored to your unique situation, to help you make positive changes to your credit report. If you have positive trade lines that are not reporting to your credit such as utility bills, rent, cell phone bills, etc. we can work with you to get those items reporting to your credit bureaus.

5. Final Step

You will be notified by your account executive or your case agent when the negative items have been removed from your credit report or when positive items have been added. You and your credit specialist will review your file and the steps you can take to continue to improve your credit profile. Once your goals are met, we will have a case agent close out your account, and educate you as to what is needed to maintain your results. We will check in with you from time to time after your account has been closed out to make sure you stay on the right path.
