In accordance with federal law, we charge retroactively for the work done the previous month. Our fees are as follows:

Individual: $199.00 Setup & Analysis. This will cover your account creation, which is the most expensive step in the process and you are not charged until that service has been performed. Then it will be $99.00 a month for the work done in the previous month.

Couples: $299.00 Setup & Analysis. This will cover your account creation, which is the most expensive step in the process and you are not charged until that service has been performed. Then it will be $179.00 a month for the work done in the previous month.

We offer upgraded shipping for a nominal fee. In our past experience sending documents using e Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested to be more effective than standard mail and are confident you will see greater results because of it. We also will send creditor direct disputes if we determine this is beneficial.
